This year, PNWI has been approved for clock hours by OSPI, WSBA, OSB, and WSASP. By attending the entire Institute (Tuesday and Wednesday), you are eligible for 9 clock hours. For any Mini Courses attended (Monday), you are eligible for 2 clock hours per course. This results in a maximum of 15 clock hours available.

All professionals seeking clock hours must have registered for them by November 14th, 2025.
Q: I requested my clock hours by the deadline! What happens next?
For Teachers, Paraeducators, and Education Professionals (OSPI):
Following the submission of your attendance forms, our team will verify the attendance records. Once verification is complete, you will receive a notification that your clock hour form is available in LearningCart. Please allow approximately two weeks post-deadline for processing.
Note: In LearningCart, your course attendance will show as incomplete until your attendance is verified by the PNWI team. This verification will occur AFTER the November 14th deadline. No action needs to be taken by you.
For Lawyers and Legal Professionals (WSBA and OSB):
Using your attendance form, the PNWI team will submit your attendance information to WSBA or OSB. We will send out further communication when the process is complete. Please allow approximately two weeks post-deadline for processing.
For School Psychologists (WSASP):
Using your attendance form, WSASP will email you directly with your clock hour form.
