PNWI Attendance Policy Update
To ensure the safety and comfort of all participants, attendance at this year’s PNWI will be capped. Additionally, each group may register up to 5 members to allow others the opportunity to participate as well.
If we reach capacity, you are welcome to join the waitlist. Should a spot become available due to cancellations, you will be notified and given the option to complete your registration.

What’s Included?
Included with Mini Course Registration (Monday):
- Digital and physical copies of applicable mini course booklets containing valuable information prepared by your selected presenters
- Light breakfast with an afternoon coffee break. Lunch is on your own.
Included with Institute Registration (Tuesday and Wednesday):
- Attendance at one general session on Tuesday and one general session on Wednesday
- Choice to attend three workshops on Tuesday and one workshop on Wednesday
- Digital copies of the conference manual containing valuable information prepared by presenters for all general sessions and workshops
- Light breakfast and coffee breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday
- Tuesday evening reception with refreshments and appetizers
Note: In the past, the Institute has been approved for CLE credit for Washington and Oregon, clock hours for Washington OSPI, and for Washington State Association of School Psychologists (WSASP) clock hours. We anticipate the same approvals this year. These credits may be earned at no additional cost.

Cancellations and refund requests received on or before October 13th, 2025, will be subject to a $75 administrative processing fee. Cancellations after October 13th will not receive a refund. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place. Your cancellation request must be submitted in writing to slawd@uw.edu.
University of Washington reserves the right to cancel the conference in the event of low enrollment or other circumstances beyond its control. The total amount of liability of the University of Washington will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.
